I first contacted Esther from Way Safe Biz to help me with our GAP/GRASP audit for our 3 kiwifruit orchards plus our Contract Pruning business a few years ago as the ever-increasing compliance demands Zespri required meant that the task required a more professional and precise approach.
It is always good to get “fresh” eyes on our operations both in the field and on our documentation.
Firstly, Esther came and did a thorough inspection of all our work sites and machinery and documented improvements and additional requirements and
a few suggestions for us to apply to be conformant – she later revisited these sites etc to check we were now conforming.
Next Esther did a thorough inspection of all our previous documentation and identified many areas where we could improve and then she set about writing us a new set of documents which were way more professional and covered all the requirements needed for Zespri GAP/GRASP audits for now and into the future.
Subsequently, the audits we have experienced since working with Esther have been 100%
